SIGVERIFY is designed with privacy-by-default. We collect only what is strictly necessary to verify licensed provider identity: business name, license number, official contact details (email, phone, domain), and physical address as recorded by government authorities.
2. Public vs. Private Data
Public Data: Verified licensed provider profiles (Status Pages) are public. This includes the business name, license status, and verified contact channels. By using the service, licensed providers consent to this public display.
Private Data: We do not sell, rent, or share licensed provider backend data, booking logs, or traveler inquiries with any third parties. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking.
3. Security
We employ industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect verification tokens and licensed provider accounts. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
We may verify data against third-party government databases or improved API services. Data shared with these services is limited to lookup queries for verification purposes only.
