1. Scope of Service

SIGVERIFY ("the Service") is a verification platform operated by [Entity Name]. Our sole purpose is to verify the government-issued licensure status of African licensed providers and provide a cryptographic proof of that status.

2. Not a Booking Agency

SIGVERIFY is not a travel agency, travel marketplace, or booking platform. We do not collect payments from travelers, manage bookings, or provide customer support for safari trips. Any transaction entered into is strictly between the Traveler and the Licensed Provider.

3. Verification Limitations

Our verification confirms that a licensed provider holds a valid license number with the relevant tourism authority at the time of verification. It does not guarantee:

• The quality or safety of the safari experience.
• The financial solvency of the licensed provider.
• The availability of specific tours or lodges.

4. Licensed Provider Responsibilities

Licensed providers agree to provide accurate, up-to-date licensure information. Any attempt to forge verification tokens or misrepresent license status will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIGVERIFY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of verified licensed provider information. Travelers are responsible for their own due diligence.
